There is some issue with making sure you are logged in properly and that your site ID gets activated. I'm not sure what's causing some people to be able to log in and some not, but I'm making sure that everyone's getting access. As soon as all the moderators have accounts, I'll be allowing them access to the back-end of things as needed.
I've made this pretty self-sufficient. You register an account, activate it with the email sent to you, and come back and Log-in.
Submissions: Once you're logged into the site, a User Menu appears on the Right side, underneath the Main Menu. This allows registered users to submit items to the site. Writing, Links, News items ect... Please take caution and submit things to the right areas. When Writing is submitted, it will not appear on the main page. If you'd like to alert those using the site that you've submitted something new, you may also submit a Quick News item, that will display at the top of the front page. If you have any questions about anything, please use the Contact Us link at the top of the page or in the Main Menu. This will submit a message directly to my email, which I check fairly often.
A note about News Feeds: The last link in the Main Menu is a News Feeds item. This is something that I (and the other mods) will be submitting items to. There are seperate categories, with feeds from other sites related to each. Right now, there are not many items there, so if you have an RSS or ATOM feed from a site you'd like to see there, please let me know through the contact form, and I'll get it added.
Member Information: I've created an area for Member information. You can submit items to this like any other site category. What I'd like to see is Writing information about our members. If you have a picture, or quotes, or a website you'd like people to be able to see, this is where you'll put it. As an example, you could post the questions you answered as your introduction to the site. For now, I'd like it to be just one Member item page per user please.
Beta Readers(ing): I will be creating a category for those who need beta readers and those who are offering services. This is also information you'll be able to submit yourself. When submitting an item please be sure to choose the correct category to place your information under. Either Offering Services or Readers Needed.
